As a follow-up to my own screed about treason and sedition, the erstwhile Billmon's Whiskey Bar offers a thoughtful, and cautious rationale for postponing elections in the event of a terrorist attack | I'm not certain I buy it, but it warrants consideration nonetheless |
Still ...the question remaions, and looms large, WHO would be entrusted with the decision to postpone them? | and [my concern] how long a gap before they are held? ¶ 22:46
