BillP and I are headed to Maine. We hope to see the
Aurora Borealis. Predictions for sighting are low. According to the Ruby Range Tours
Aurora Borealis Forecast "
Weather permitting, low-level displays will be visible overhead from Barrow to Fairbanks and visible low on the northern horizon from as far south as Anchorage, Juneau and Whitehorse, Canada."...still way too far north but just getting to
Ashland will be worth the ride alone. I know the weather temps are predicted to be chillier but that's what coats are for, eh?
